About Laquel

Laquel brings over 20 years of teaching experience to her pottery classes.  She holds an undergaduate degree in Fine Arts and Secondary Education, along with a Masters Degree in Education.

Her passion for art includes drawing with charcoal and creating acrylic paintings.  Recently, she discovered pottery and has developed a deep love for this art form.  Laquel is excited to share her teaching expertise and enthusiasm for pottery with the local community.

She specializes in customizing her pottery classes to fit the pace and experience level of each student, welcoming both children and adults of all abilities.

Classes offered include small group sessions for beginner and intermediate potters, multi-day workshops focusing on a range of skills, and private classes for couples and parties.
